"This book will help the veterans understand and take ownership of their situation as well as give them the resources they need. I have a copy in every exam room for them to read and take image of cover to order themselves if they wish to learn more. Thank you Virginia for this priceless resource."

" Best written guide I've seen.
This book was right on the money. Virginia is very responsive to feedback and tells it like it is in this book. If you struggle with PTSD or like trauma I’d suggest anyone read this. Many can learn from this guide as it’s easy to read and follow."

"You made me believe you can recover or learn to cope with PTSD. I am a Vietnam Vet with ptsd. I also run a support group for veterans. I truly am glad that I found “A Soldier’s Guide to PTSD!!! It is an easy read and She speaks in our language that is easy to understand. She takes the technical and explains it “in English “ so even I know what It means. We use it in our support group and it has spurred great discussions that help all those in attendance"
